Intuit (Quicken & TurboTax) Acquires Homestead

Intuit, the maker of the popular small business software Quicken and TurboTax, has announced that it will acquire Homestead Technologies for $170 million. Homestead Technologies specializes in assisting small businesses in designing and running their websites.
